Designing Of So3 Absorbtion Tower

I need to design a SO3 absorption tower (SO3 + H2SO4 (98% Conc.) =H2S2O7)
Total gas flow in final absorption tower 86634 Nm3/hr, with SO3 concentration 0.22 vol %, with packing type 3" saddle; calculate the tower diameter & height. Concentration of SO3 in outlet gas is 0.02 vol %.

Dear Friends,
I have gone through the earlier post, but still it is not clear how to calculate Tower diameter and height. It is very confusing. The equilibrium plot should be X VS Y, i.e. concentration of so3 in liquid phase vs concentration of SO3 in gas phase. But this simple thing is not clear in the earlier post.
