Could someone please give me a hand and let me know if it is possible to model radiation levels from flaring using Phast software? If so, can someone give me a quick overview of what steps I need to select in the program?
I would be very grateful.

Yes, you can use the Jet fire model for determining the radiation from flare.
Most of the data are like any other model in PHAST except that you need to key in the location of the receptor points as well as the flow rate from the flare, for which you may have to trial and error with pressure until you get the approximate flaring rate.
Hope it helps.
