I am interested in water soluble peanut oils and coconut oils without sodium . Would it be possible to saponify these oils with ammonium hydroxide. I would appreciate an enlightened comment on this issue, Please recommend method. Would such material exhibit stability under pH 3 to 13 .my email address is rzsffhb@gmail.com. Thank you Best regards
