Dear,
Pick any book on chemical engineering thermodynamics and start calculating the "Z" with different Equations of State.

In addition to the useful posts already sent, you can find compressibility factors of several gases in Perry's Chemical Engineers' handbook, Physical and Chemical data, Compressibilities (p. 2-140 to 2-150 in 7th edition). If the specific gas is not there, you can use the corresponding states theory to find z (compressibility factor) from reduced pressure and temperature (which is logically less accurate). Hougen, Watson, Ragatz had published the latter generalized method in their books (Chemical Process Principles, ca 1947-1957), which can be found in many books now (as pointed out already in posts).I'm calculating the Comperssibility factor of gas. Which book, diagram or equation i could refer?
