This information should be readily available in the Plant Operating Manual, and within the Burner Datasheet as well.
Thess values vary from plant to plant, and if you are asking for any particular system - such data have to be provided within supplied equipment information. There is no such thing as "universal pilot gas pressure", or "lightning burner tip pressure".

I BELEIVE THERE IS NO UNIVERSAL STANDARD FOR THIS PARAMETER .
BUT THERE IS A NORM THAT ACCEPTED AS NORM BY BOILER OR BURNER MANUFACTURER.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SUCH NORM
FOR YOUR MORE INFORMATION OUR BOILER SPECIFICATION IS AS FOLLOW:
1-NORMAL STEAM DRUM PRESSURE:11.6 BARG (SATURATED)
2-MAX RATE:55 TON/HR
3-NORMAL RATE :45 TON/HR
4-FUEL GAS COMPOSITION : A-METHANE 82% AND B- ETHANE 14%
BEST FOR YOU

The pilot gas, where practicable, shall be taken from a sweet gas supply, independent of the main burner gas, or from a separate off-take on the fuel gas main, with its own block valve and spade-off position. Unless otherwise approved by Company, the pilot gas pressure shall be controlled at 35 kPa (0.35 bar) and the pressure regulating valve shall be the self-operating type.
For fuel gas systems and boilers, read more at:
