There isn't something like a "special" CV template. What is written inside can make it special. Here you can find a guide in preparing your own CV and also there is a template available for download:

Art Montemayor had posted very good and informative thread regarding the CV subject, and it was within the same (Student) forum. Try browsing and you'll find it.
