For some reason Sweeping gas flow ( which is sales gas ) to hydrocarbon flare is closed , which was flowing ( and should be) continously. I know it will cause corrosion , oxygen can ingress and lot of other problems.I want to know is there any CODES and STANDARDS regarding that I must keep sweeeping flow all the time.
