Manhtien,

Please elaborate a bit more on the subject. What sort of "gas collection" are you referring to? Is it a production manifold with gathering station, or is it just a gas sample collection?

Either way, the system can be manned or unmanned - depending on what it is designed for.

Configuration in the WHP is:
- HHP separator, test separator, gas export compressor package, dehydration package, fuel gas skid...
I can operating and control all system in the WHP from the other platform (FPSO, FPU..)?

Yes, that is completely feasible. You can even operate them from onshore, depending on how far you actually are from the mainland. The concept that I have seen in past, when several platforms discharge into the same pipeline, is to have one platform manned and equipped with DCS to monitor and control parameters on all platforms. In one project, I also remember having Offshore DCS operators in the control room located onshore.

In this project, i had DCS control in the FPU, distance from WHP to FPU is 4.5 km.
But according to the some expert consulted to me, gas turbine need operator in that platform.
You have some standard or guideline for that please sent to me?
Thank so much.
