I am searching for a recommendation on a pump to be used for hydrogen peroxide (35%) service in an industrial application. Our old pump has been problematic and is to be replaced, but I want to replace it with something more reliable.
Does anyone have experience with a particular brand that could be recommended ?
Thanks,
Steve

What type of pump are you looking at? Transfer application?
Material - teflon?
I've experience using Prominent dosing pump to dose H2O2 50% without any problem for 3 years now.

I have a similar application requirement to pump (Dose) 50% H2O2 in a chemical reactor system.
What type of pump have you been using? Teflon MOC? Is it a motor driven Prominant diaphragm pump? Do you control H2O2 dosing by a VFD motor drive?

Steve,
first of all, please give the desired base values, as output and head.
I have experince with 4 years old system for 50% H2O2, where two pumps, 1,5" Sand Piper (as unloading pump) and Jesco Dosiertechnik (as dosing pump) are working well.
