How To Simulate Reactive Distillation For Esterification Reaction

I am using Chem Cad 6.3 for the simulation of production of Methyl ester. I am using packed bed reactive distillation column, with ceramic saddles as the packing material , I have the following problems during the simulation...

1. I am not finding the option for the loading the catalyst for above stated reaction.

2.In the simulation am not finding the quantity product as experimentally calculated.

3. In the sizing section, do we need to enter the diameter of the column every time along with the packing factor for every segment in packed column.

please answer my questions...
