Hello,

Normal cryogenic way of Nitrogen production starts with air compressor, air wash tower, molecular sieve adsorbers to remove CO2 & moisture & finally to cold box process sequel.

In this case, molecular sieve is too vulnerable part to sustain stream efficiency without deriming at certain interval of process run.

Here, I think to add on one more molecular sieve as sketched so that CO2 leakages can be absolutely nullified for a longer period(i.e. No chances of fractional ppm of CO2 leakages.). As it will process fractional leakage,it will remain in line continuously without regeneration for about at least 2 years.Would you please guide me on the following :
[1] Is it techno-operational viable device???
[2] Will it help to increase air load for more N2 production?
[3] What is the normal pressure drop of molecular sieves ?

Thanks rolleyes.gif
