I understand you need info on a regasification terminal, to supply NG to the network.
My familiarity with the subject is quite limited, however one can start with following, trying a flow sheet and then equipment sizing in an elementary form.
1. http://www.cheresour...g_terminals.pdf LNG terminals, including vaporizer.
2. http://www.isodc.com/2004_1st_TAMU.pdf floating storage & regasification.
3. http://www.cheresour...n-terminal-pfd/ few info on the subject.
4. http://www.giignl.or...09 Final HQ.pdf, brief but concise on all LNG handling cycle.
5. http://www.scribd.co...ed-LNG-Terminal. Info mainly on LNG receiving terminal, main equipment list.

More general info (even list of all terminals) can be found by goggling "LNG terminal", "regasification terminal", and similar, e.g. http://en.wikipedia....ied_natural_gas. A book of LNG would be useful (search for lng in www.bookfinder.com) as well as NFPA 59A (63 pages).
