When you goggle "LNG tank commissioning", findings seem interesting, contrary to "commissioning cryogenic plants". Hopefully you will trace useful information on LNG storage commissioning, which may not have big differences concerning ethylene or propylene storage commissioning (LNG storage might be a bit more "sophisticated", including vaporizers). For instance, http://www.lngexpres.../ChrisZerby.pdf, http://www.kgu.or.kr...eimer.pdf&rn..., etc.
By goggling "decommissioning LNG tanks", findings seem also interesting, like http://www.co.clatso...ioning Plan.pdf.
My experience on the matter is quite limited and general, so I cannot give specific info from experience.

Thanks very much Kkala. I'll try to google on your advice and see what's in it. At least, there's something for me to start on.
