Hi Everyone,

We were experiencing caisson block issue on platform. Block was removed by some methods. However if it is heavily raining, a high amount of drain water dump to Caisson & Hazardous Open Drain Tank, we had set a plug for Hazardous the Drain Holes on Main Deck to mitigated the drain water dump to Hazardous Drain Tank (small vessel), the caisson level going up very quickly. We started caisson pump level reduced from 82% to 71% and kept at that value and haven't lower than anymore.
Water was top-up to top caisson and level comes down to sea surface in 17 minutes that shows the caisson meets the retention time of 20 minutes.
Any one have the same issue, please let me know what we need to do to investigate the root cause and some solution.

One more question, how to calculate the hypo-chloride dosing rate for caisson. A available nozzle is marked for hypo-chloride injection but never was used. Please give me a number for me to benchmark on for batch injection.

Please review this problem and give us your advise ASAP.

Regards - vnpetroleum
