Gas permeability (CO2, oxygen) for polymers such as PET and Nylon determines the barrier properties for beverage storage in bottle-grade PET or Nylon. Are you doing some research on barrier properties? If such is the case than the permeability is a function of the composition of PET / Nylon or its blends with other co-polymers and will vary from producer to producer. Your best bet is to contact a PET and Nylon manufacturer to get these properties.
