Does PED "grandfather" equipment and relief installations that pre-dated implementation of PED?

For example, Stoomwezen (Netherlands) allowed rupture disks to be set at 110% of MAWP, whereas that's not allowed in any of the current harmonized EU standards. Do the PED rules mandate that that disk be replaced with one that bursts no higher than MAWP?

If the existing disk is grandfathered, is it just that specific disk that's grandfathered or is the installation grandfathered? In other words, when the existing disk is replaced, does the replacement disk have to be designed according to current rules. Or, can replacement disks continue to be specified according to the original design code?
