Hi All,


I am using Aspen Hysys 7.3 for my refinery adequacy simulation. I wish to use KG tower 5.0 utlity for doing column adequacy check.
Can anybody please tell me how I can export the column profiles from Aspen Hysys 7.3 to KG tower 5.0.

The KG tower needs a " .rep" file format, but the Aspen report is generated in .Txt and other forms but I am not able to find the .rep format.

Please help.

If u have registered in ASPEN HYSYS support center then you will get solution.

So, Request you to register & follow below solution ID.

Refer solution ID - Solution ID: 131574

Improved in HYSYS V7.3 - Tray and packed column hydraulics, including export to Koch-Glitsch's KG-Tower and FRI's DRP design / rating programs.

I think this will help u to resolve your probelm.

Had a look into the utility and export tab also, it seems promising and i hope I will able to use it successfully.
