Dear all I am woking for flare gas recovery (FGR) project and already had some idea. I must understand more information to plan overall system. Some idea need advise. (1) We should use the liquid ring compressor (LRC) to recover flare gas according to vender's presentation, ex JohnZink. Is there any user's experience? I hope that anyone shares the operating experience of LRC in control or maintain, etc. (2) Our control sequence is FGR, ground flare and elevated flare based on flare header pressure. Any actual experience is such? (3) Generally, how many temperature is the gas outlet for the liquid ring compressor type? (4) How many volume flow is the liquid blowdown when liquid ring compressor oparate? (5) if setting three liquid ring compressors, is it appropriate for multi stages control? My idea is that the stage refers to header pressure. (6) Can the liquid ring compressor resist the flare gas including H2S? how many percentage is the allowable H2S concentration? I am very appreciative for anyone's reply.
