Dear Art

in attachment i am not getting the calculation of Process load how 120m3/hr is comming? pls. can help

Process Load:PV =n RTV= RT/P ( No of Kg of Vapour / Mol.Wt )T= 40 Deg C = 313 K.Gases which needs displacementa) Ammonia 15 Kg / hr ( 28 Kg in 4 Hour ).B) Water vapour = 200 Kg c) Un condensable Air /Nitrogen = 5 KgV= ( 62.5 X 313 )/ 2 X ( 200 / 18 + 10 /17 +5/ 29) = 12 0 M3 /Hr.So total Displacement Required = Leakage Load + Process Load = 130 + 120 = 250 M3 /Hr.

I work for a construction company in Venezuela: Electricidades del Agro,C.A.. We need to remove sludge from the bottom of a sedimentator of water (Water treatment Plant). It is a pool fill of water of aprox. 250 feet x 80 feet and 20 feet height. We need to take sludge out without removing the water. The height of the sludge is approx. 2 feet. We want to know how to design and construct a Sump Eductor to do the work using pipe/hose and an air compressor .
