Hi everyone,

I am chemical engineering student trying to design a desalination plant using Aspen. I have just started and for the whole day, this error message keep coming up and I could not generate any result from my model:

QUERY BLOCK B2


The engine cannot interpret the command:

Can anyone tell me what am I doing wrong or how could I solve it ? Block 2 is simple a Vertical 2-Flash, and I fed the output from a distillation column to the flash. I tried to upload my model here but failed. Hope you can help. many thanks.

Bro have you entered the account name in your setup, in some case i have got this problem but it was rectified when a account name is give. you can place any name.
go to DATA>setup>accounting
type something at user name.

before doing this is your flow sheet is completed. if not you cannot enter
