I am working in ammonia production. We are facing gas limitation problem. Frequent Load adjustment is required. We need parameters adjsutment. It takes a lot of time to completely tune the plant.
Any one have better option for parameters tunning

Waheed,
This is a typical plant operation issue. The best way to handle this is to put your various controllers like NG Feed control,S/C ratio control,Air/gas control, reformer firing etc in automatic control mode. If the variation is too much, you might need to do proper tuningof various controllers to respond to the variations. If you still need better control and economy, you should go for APC.
I am sure your plant operation people are smart enough to handle such variations.
