Hi there,

Does any one has any vendor information regarding how much air will required to produce 2000 Nm3/h 99.99% pure Nitrogen + 400 Nm3/h Liquid Nitrogen (Gaseous Equivalent) ?

Thanks in advance.

By rough calculation, for nitrogen plant, total nitrogen recovery not very high. I think it depend on how much gaseous nitrogen produced. More gas produced mean higher recovery. Maybe you can use around 30-40% recovery if there is gaseous nitrogen product. If there is no gaseous product, try use 10-20% recovery.

If you need liquid nitrogen as a product at high purity and high production rates (which is the case), you may need a cryogenic separation plant. You can find very useful information in the following link, just take some time to go trough the website and read:

I hope this helps.
