hi .. I have to design a washer cooler to cool and and wash ash particles of size -200mesh .. the gas is a minture of CO 55% H2 30% CO10% rest is N2 ,H2S .... gas enters the washer cooler at 350F and leaves at 100F and water at ambient condition is to be used ... about 90% of ash particles are removed ... since in this case heat transfer is the controlling step so i have decided to design it on the heat trasfer base .. but i am facing problems in desiging .. one thing is that i am able to find humidity chart for this type of a gas and if i use air humidity chart the wet bulb gas outlet temp falls below wet bulb temp ... please can anyone help me in this regard and give some hint on what type of scrubber i use and how to proceed the design ..
reply and thanks
