Hello,
Can any one help me in implementing my Idea. I want to place a venturi in sugar conveying line to avoid choking of the line and to increase conveying rate.
As i don't have clear idea about the venturi design.
Here iam giving the exisisting design of sugar conveying system

Hello,

It seems you want to convey the sugar collected in the Dust Collector to the hopper pnumatically. To place a ventury you need a Rotary Air Lock and a P D Blower. The Soild to Air Ratio can be between 3 to 5. The velocity at the nozzle should be around 100 m/s and in the Conveying pipe line around 25 to 30 m/s. I suggest dense phase system woould be a better proposition than the above dilute phase system though it is costlier.
