hay
i have to design a fired heater to heat carbon mono oxide from 402 k to 1223 k while its autoignition temperature is 903 k ???? what should i do?????
how we select the diameter of tube in fired heater!???????tube selection criteria?????

Provide a complete data sheet for required fired heater package as per API 560 and leave the design to a reputed vendor.

Fired heater design is available: Process engineer's hand book by atinheWallace.
Winheat and HTRI are the softwares.
PGtherma.l site gives on line calc software
