i have a question here.. Can be pump as turbine work at the same time rotate as the turbine then pumping water to the other level of height??

Your English is very hard to understand; but if you are asking if a centrifugal pump can be made to operate in reverse - acting as a turbine and generating work - the answer is definitely YES.

I have run some exactly in that manner. In fact, as far back as 50 years ago, I remember that the duPont corporation used to operate some pumps that way also - in their West Virginia Plant, if I'm not mistaken.
