How do I decide on the dimensions of a fixed bed reactor?

This catalytic reactor is required to process a feed flowing at 100 tph. So far I've modelled the thing taking into account heat transfer and i have estimated the catalyst weight and the volume but am not sure what the best L/D ratio is.

How big are the reactors out there in industry?
