I'd say try to solve it yourself and ask the particulars that you might not fully understand with your solution :)

Just to nudge you in the right direction:
1. What does adiabatic process imply in throttling? It means you don't lose/gain energy from surroundings.
2. You have upstream conditions (689 kPa / 171.1°C)
3. You have downstream pressure (359 kPa)
4. What's your enthalpy upstream and downstream your valve considering adiabatic process?
5. Use your steam table :)

throttling;
T1, P1 ----> H1=H2 ---> T2, P2

calculated n got 169.2 C .. well, steam table does varies bit <_<
thanks for the "nudge" :D

Try to do linear interpolation by the way. Maybe it'll give you a better approximation.
