Hi

Can somebody guide me to size a recycle control valve (1 inch) to be installed on discharge/suction line

The pressure set point at suctions is 100 kPa (g) and discharge 9000 kPa (g).

Pump design parameters

Capacity = 0.975 m3/hr
Diff Head = 7667 mlc (meter liquid column)
Driver = 4 kW

I don't have min norm max values but have the stream valves entering the Reciprocating Pump:

Fluid : Triethylene Glycol

Flowrate = 0.270 m3/hr
Specific Gravity = 1.078
Actual Density = 1063 kg/m3
Viscosity = 1.2 cP
Temperature = 84 deg C

I shall be appreciate you guidance. Need Cv and trave.
