Design Of Scrubber For Vacuum System

I want to design a scrubber which is connected from to vacuum pump and also vacuum pump. my vapor load from the condensor is 137 lit/hr. Vacuum, that i have to maintain at the top of the distillation column is 9 inHg. components in the vapor are 3-ring methylenedianiline etc. which capacity of pump is suitable? and scrubber crosssectional area and height?

Dear the attachment file could help you design the vacuum system. Design of scrubber is normal as any other vessel.
