We are designing shell and tube heat exchanger in HTRI for HFO inline heater. In HTRI fluid components there is no HFO fluid. I wanted create new component, Can u give a suggestions for creating it.

You need to get the physical properties of the fluid elsewhere (e.g. from process licensor, from simulator ...) and then input them to HTRI by using the "Physical Property Worksheet".

Here we are designing heat exchanger for steam to HFO heater. for steam i am choosing "component by component" and "program calculated" in "Input summary hot fluid properties" go to the "components" and choosing the <water>, for HFO "component by component" and "user specified" and giving the all other properties according to temp profile. here everything is ok. But i wanted to upload the HFO fuel properties in to component list for selecting HFO like water
