In our INALK Unit, we are using UOP Catalyst (SPA) for Reactors, where delta pressure across reactor increases

day by day. It dosent come stable or decrease, it always increases once it starts.

The cause is High content of water due to Oxygnate HCs compounds, so the catalyst gradient start to swell causing high DP accross the beds of Reactors.

Anybody has faced this prblm??? Any idea to solve this issue???

You can solve the issue by replacing the UOP technology with something that works. Meanwhile, UOP should be able to help you with a solution.
