Dear,
I have a bed of sponge iron to remove H2S from natural gas.
It presents a high pressure drop and it seems that I must change.
The issue is that I lasted a short time as specified by the supplier.
I would like to understand what are the causes of sponge iron is degraded and if anyone knows any manual operation of these compounds or operational recommendations.

I have read "GasSweeteningWorkshop_2igf_June2008.pdf" (mentioned in Chemresourse) and I have been helpful.
However, I would like to see some other operation guide on these beds.
Could anyone recommend me some others?

Thank you very much for your contribution.
Moab.

Dear Breizh,
thank you very much for your help.

I have been reading many of the papers published in the link you sent me, and I could draw several operational recommendations and find guidance on resolving problems concerning iron sponge beds.

Sincerely,
Moab
