This is regarding the operation of electrical motors at low ambient temperature.

We have to buy electrical motors for ambient temperatures -32 degree C.

As per specifications space heater shall be required for the motors rating 37 kW and above.

However for winterization we are considering space heaters for all the motors (as much as possible).

Please share the experience for the subject, if space heater shall be sufficient for the winterization of electric motos or additional features shall be required.
