Nowadays, more people focus on electric heating in chemical industry as an energy transition solution.
I would like to ask you what is the highest temperature that can be achieved with an electric heater?
Thank you in advance!

You need to be more specific. What temperature is of interest? What's the application? Who is this panagiotis_e?

Hi Bobby!
Actually, my question cannot be specific. I don't really have any interest of specific temperature. To be honest, I don't know much applications of electric heaters in the chemical industry. I would like if you could share with me some.
I am also curious who is panagiotis_e? I have seen his post!

Linde and Sabic installed the first Electrical steam cracker furnace, still an experimental equipment, but the technology was developed.. Hereafter you will find the publication.

Linde published a note with some technical detail. I will set here when I find the note.
