hello every one

 I am trying to simulate the attached files pfd of co2 removal using MEA.

I have problems in both stripper and absorber.I have used both rate based column(aspen) and distillation column and I have tried amine pkg and also ELECNRTL the reactions of MEA are also involved yet I cant simulate it correctly.is there anyone who can fix it?I have attached the pfd and a picture of the aspen hysys file if anyone wants the file I can mail it to him/her

in the attached file I have used a rate based column as an absorber the co2 is removed from the feed but the removal too much that there is actually no CO2 in products.

I was forced to use the distillation column because I couldnt use rate based column(molar flow of CO2 @ vapour outlet of the condenser was zero).but I had some other problems too.the CO2 absorbed was reacted with MEA so I couldnt use a distillation column as a stripper.so I was forced to put an adiabatic conversion reactor in order to reverse the reaction to MEA and CO2.the conversion reactor in this file is used for the mentioned problem(although I am almost sure it is not right to use it.)

Hysys already has an example file on CO2 removal using MEA in its folders. Comes with the installation of hysys..
