how can i find value of q for calculation of number of stages in design of distillation column????

i have two components both have different values of heat of vaporization and different values of H_fs and H_f but in determining value of q only single values are used so how can i find values of q.

I believe the topic is supposed to be the "q" line as defined by the McCabe-Thiele method for calculating the number of distillation stages in a given separation.

 

The condition of the feed as it enters the column has an effect on the number of trays, reflux requirements, and heat duties for a given separation.  The thermal condition of the feed stream entering the column is designated as "q" and is approximately the amount of heat required to vaporize one mol of feed at the feed tray conditions, divided by the latent heat of vaporization of the feed.
