Dear Friends

I have encountered with a problem in my new project.

There is an existing Air cooler and data sheet for this aircooler is available.

I case of failure of Aircooler I want to calculate outlet temperature by Natural Draft Cooling. I know by HTRI it is possible to know the results of natural darfting but I do not have HTRI at this time.

I know the material of finned pipes and total surface area and the process data for normal operation are available.

Anybody can help me to resolve this problem.

Thanks

Morias,

First you have to provide this forum some process data in order to help you.

Plz first provide process data and other conditions which are mandatory.

Till then.......

Hi, during the early engineering you must take natural draft of air coolers as 30% of the  heat duty. It´s normal practice.

Then with the heat duty, you can calculate the outlet temperature.
