Dear All,

 

It is very surprising that the properties of brine are not readily available given the fact that the chloralkali industry has been around for a while.

could anybody provide me with the Specific heat of brine solutions at different concentrations and temperatures. The attached from perry's is not in the range of interest.

Thank you very much, but I don't think it is helpful. I need Cp(Temp,Conc). The paper is just confusing plus the S.H is recorded with negative sign. it does not address my issue.

For Nacl , between 20 and 100 C the specific heat is 0.2069 kcal/kg C , you may be able to apply the rule mentioned above
