How do i get realistic values for a TEG Dehy Simulation with VMG

I’ve built a basic Dehy package & am finding that the results are un realistic. The reboiler is set to 404 F & it is producing 90% glycol & 10% water in the lean TEG stream. While the contactor is taking this 90% TEG 10% water lean glycol feed & producing 3 Lb/mmscf dry gas.

Have you run in to something like his before.

I can lower the efficacy of the contactor to make its performance realistic, but I’m not sure how to approach the reboilers low performance.

Thanks

joe
