I am trying to calculate the liquid holdup for a Cl2 random packed tower with the liquid medium being H2SO4  I would like to use 2in plastic intalox saddles.

Which is the most appropriate formula to use for this calculationas there are various formulae for this?

The formula in seader and Henly, requires a "ch" factor which I cant find for 2in plastic intalox saddles.

The formula in Perry has a staic, operating and total holdup formula, and I'm not sure which formula to use for static holdup for saddles.
