Hello all,

I have a mixture of ammonia + water composition inputed in Hysys and I want to find out know what's the freezing point of this mixture.

How can I find the freezing point in Aspen Hysys ?

Tank you.

For Dew point and cricondertherm temperature of the same you may add Envelope utility  on specific stream.

liquid-solid or vapor-solid equilibria requires a specific multiphase capability,

see for example

http://www.prode.com/en/multiphase.htm

I have calculated freezing points for water + glycols with Prode

but to reduce errors you need to tune the model

for liquid fugacity usually it's a EOS or a model based on liquid activity as NRTL or UNIQUAC

as alternative you may consider the tables of values available for many mixtures as water + ammonia
