I am referring this forum and I find it very useful. I am working as an estimation engineer for oil & gas/hydrocarbon sectors and i have to deal with various materials while bidding. My request to you is if anybody having welding consumables(Filler wire & Electrodes etc ) selection tool in Excel chart or program  according to P nos for all ferrous/non ferrous metals combinations as per ASME section-II, so that I can calculate the cost of consumable immediately as I have to rely on our QC people which is very time consuming.

I hope you would help me out.I am referring this forum since last 6 months and I find it very useful. Hello everybody:

You can make a Google search under the keyword "filler metal selection guide in Excel" and you will find plenty of information, not precisely in Excel but info that YOU can put in an Excel electronic sheet.
