Hello, my name is Maxs and I'd like to ask if someone has ever done a shelf life estimation of a product using artificial neural network (ANN) approach.

In my case I'd like to try ANN to estimate a shelf life of oil but I still lack of practical experience using neural network and how to interpret the data..

So here I'd like to ask a video with a brief explanation when you or somebody else performing shelf life estimation of a product using neural network in Matlab, or maybe a link to that video..
