Dear,
What to do if the vapor pressure (DVPE) of gasoline during summer season is higher than permissible values of administrative instruction of a country? Is there any additive ore substance that we can use in order to decrease DVPE?
Best regards

You must blend to make the RVP specification

I am not aware of additives which can reduce the partial vapor pressure of other components in a mixture,
if you add a component with low vapor pressure (for example a heavy hydrocarbon)
the total vapor pressure will be reduced but I do not expect that this can be useful in your case,
perhaps you may try alternative solutions as insulation or cooling (where these are possible),
may be a member with specific experience can discuss practical solutions for these cases.
