Dear All,

I am tasked to undertake a debottlenecking study for a 30,000 BLFD flowstation, to confirm if it can handle an increment of 10-15,000 BLFD. What are the procedures or steps that I should follow to undertake this preliminary study?

Thanks for your anticipated cooperation.

What I have found to be most efficient (and successful) is to rate components in the system for the higher value. Define new and modified components required, and estimate cost and schedule fot these. Once you have done this, then it is much easier to look at a case for a lesser increment. Don't spend too much time with the details at this stage.
