I have to prepare safeguarding memorandum. What is the procedure to prepare the safeguarding memorandum? What is safeguarding memorandum, what are the things we need to include in that document. Please explain.

This document very common in Shell, if you work for Shell directly or you are participating in a project for this comapany, check the DEP's, they have a dedicated one for SGM and Process Safeguarding Flow Schemes (which are usually issued together).
