We have wet gas flow meter which is not working.

Can we calculate flow from choke valve upstream and downstream pressure and temperature readings in 8" pipe dia....

it would be difficult without a proper calibration curve,

if you know only CV (or equivalent orifice area) you may get some idea but accuracy is questionable...
