Does anybody know how to generate Pro II output file with *.p2i extension?

In Provision:

click on Output, then select  Report Format, select Miscellaneous Data and check the box called: Generate all Database Statements. Or check only those boxes that you are really interested in.

 

If you work with ASCII input files in PRO/II then include the statement DBASE  DATA = ALL

just above the statement COMPONENT DATA.
