Hi guys ! what is the best method to save the PFD as a PDF file in HYSYS v8.6 !! i tried to take scree shot but when i print it on A3 format paper streams are not very clear !

You can use "print" option from the file menu and then choose PDF creator from the printer list. Of you don't have Acrobat Pro, there is a plenty of free PDF creators you can download from the web.
